We are currently looking to fill various positions, including but not limited to:
Experienced Machine Operators: We require skilled operators for various machinery involved in the edge banding process, including but not limited to: Automatic edge banding machines (various brands and models), CNC routers, cutting and sawing machines, sanding and polishing machines. Prior experience with these machines is crucial. Candidates should be able to understand and follow safety protocols meticulously. A strong understanding of quality control processes and the ability to identify and rectify defects are essential.
Production Line Workers: We are also seeking individuals for various roles on our production lines. Responsibilities will include feeding machines, inspecting finished products, packing and handling materials. While previous experience is preferred, we are willing to train enthusiastic individuals with a strong work ethic and a keen eye for detail. Ability to work efficiently as part of a team is essential.
Quality Control Inspectors: Meticulous and detail-oriented individuals are needed to inspect finished products for any defects or imperfections. Responsibilities include conducting thorough visual inspections, using measuring tools to ensure accuracy, and documenting findings. Experience in quality control within a manufacturing setting is a significant advantage.
Maintenance Technicians: We seek experienced maintenance technicians to perform preventative maintenance and repair on our production machinery. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with PLC programming and industrial automation systems is a plus.
Warehouse Workers: We need individuals to manage our warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials. Responsibilities include loading and unloading trucks, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring a clean and organized warehouse environment. Forklift certification is a plus.
