Available Positions:

1. Experienced Edge Banding Machine Operators:

We are seeking experienced machine operators proficient in operating various edge banding machines, including but not limited to automatic edge banding machines, hot melt gluing systems, and trimming and profiling equipment. Ideal candidates will possess a strong understanding of woodworking machinery, experience working with different types of edge banding materials (PVC, ABS, Melamine, etc.), and a keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality output. Experience with different types of wood and material thicknesses is highly desirable. Proficiency in troubleshooting machine malfunctions and performing routine maintenance is crucial. Prior experience in a fast-paced production environment is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain various edge banding machines according to established procedures.
Set up and adjust machines based on the specifications of different projects.
Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
Identify and resolve minor machine issues; report major malfunctions to supervisors.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Meet production targets and deadlines.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience operating edge banding machines in a manufacturing setting.
Strong understanding of woodworking principles and techniques.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg).

2. Quality Control Inspectors:

We are seeking meticulous and detail-oriented individuals to inspect finished edge banding for quality defects. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to identify imperfections in color, texture, and adherence. Experience with quality control procedures in a manufacturing environment is preferred. Candidates should be able to work independently and as part of a team to maintain high quality standards.

Responsibilities:
Inspect finished edge banding for defects such as chipping, peeling, inconsistencies in color or texture, and glue imperfections.
Document inspection results and report findings to supervisors.
Assist in maintaining quality control standards and identifying areas for improvement.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:
Keen eye for detail and ability to identify subtle imperfections.
Strong understanding of quality control principles and procedures.

3. Entry-Level Production Assistants:
