We are currently recruiting for various positions across our factory, including but not limited to:

Production Line Workers:
Responsibilities: Operating and maintaining machinery involved in the edge banding process, including cutting, gluing, and trimming. Ensuring the quality and consistency of finished products. Following safety regulations and maintaining a clean and organized work area. Ability to work efficiently as part of a team to meet daily production targets.
Requirements: Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals. Basic understanding of machinery operation and maintenance is advantageous. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. Strong work ethic and commitment to quality. Good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods.

Quality Control Inspectors:
Responsibilities: Inspecting finished edge banding and edging strips for defects and inconsistencies. Ensuring products meet our high-quality standards. Documenting inspection results and reporting findings to supervisors. Identifying areas for improvement in the production process. Collaborating with production teams to resolve quality issues.
Requirements: A keen eye for detail and ability to identify minor defects. Experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment is preferred. Good understanding of quality control methodologies. Ability to use measuring instruments and testing equipment. Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Maintenance Technicians:
Responsibilities: Performing preventative maintenance on factory machinery and equipment. Troubleshooting and repairing malfunctions. Ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of production lines. Maintaining inventory of spare parts and supplies. Following safety procedures and regulations.
Requirements: Proven experience in mechanical maintenance within a manufacturing setting. Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. Experience with various types of machinery used in a wood processing factory is highly advantageous. Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.

Warehouse Personnel:
Responsibilities: Receiving, storing, and distributing finished goods. Maintaining accurate inventory records. Operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment (training provided). Ensuring a safe and organized warehouse environment. Loading and unloading trucks.
Requirements: Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred. Valid forklift license is desirable but not mandatory (training provided). Ability to work efficiently and independently. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to lift heavy objects.

Supervisors:
Responsibilities: Overseeing daily operations of a production line or warehouse team. Managing personnel, assigning tasks, and ensuring deadlines are met. Monitoring productivity and identifying areas for improvement. Enforcing safety regulations. Reporting to senior management on team performance.
Requirements: Prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong leadership and team management skills. Experience in motivating and developing staff. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage and improve productivity. Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and safety standards.
