As an extrusion operator at our state-of-the-art facility, you will play a vital role in the production process, ensuring the consistent and efficient manufacture of our edge banding. This is a hands-on position requiring attention to detail, technical aptitude, and a commitment to quality control. Key Responsibilities:
Operating and maintaining extrusion machines, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
Monitoring the extrusion process, including temperature, pressure, and material flow, to ensure consistent product quality.
Inspecting finished products for defects and ensuring they meet strict quality standards.
Performing routine maintenance and cleaning of extrusion equipment to prevent malfunctions and maintain a safe working environment.
Adjusting machine settings as needed to accommodate different edge banding specifications and colors.
Accurately recording production data and reporting any issues or deviations from established procedures.
Working collaboratively with other team members to maintain efficient production workflow.
Adhering to all safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe and hazard-free work environment.
Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and quality.
Assisting in the troubleshooting of machine malfunctions and collaborating with maintenance personnel to resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in plastics processing or manufacturing is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience operating extrusion machinery in a manufacturing environment. Experience with edge banding extrusion is highly advantageous.
Strong understanding of extrusion principles and processes, including material handling, temperature control, and pressure regulation.
Proven ability to maintain high standards of quality control and attention to detail.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and operating manuals.
Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong work ethic and commitment to safety regulations.
Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends, as required by production schedules.
Basic computer literacy, including data entry and reporting.
Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is essential; English language skills are a plus.
