We are currently recruiting for the following positions:

Production Line Operators

Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain hot melt edge banding machinery, ensuring consistent production quality and efficiency.
Monitor the quality of the edge banding throughout the production process, identifying and addressing any defects.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery.
Meet daily production targets while maintaining high quality standards.
Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth production flow.
Accurately record production data and report any issues to supervisors.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally in the furniture or woodworking industry, is preferred but not essential. On-the-job training will be provided.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to read and understand simple instructions.
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Basic understanding of machinery operation and maintenance is a plus.

Quality Control Inspectors

Responsibilities:
Inspect finished edge banding for defects, ensuring adherence to company quality standards.
Utilize various inspection tools and techniques to identify imperfections.
Document inspection results and maintain accurate records.
Communicate quality issues to production line operators and supervisors.
Assist in identifying and implementing solutions to improve quality control processes.
Maintain a clean and organized inspection area.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the quality control department.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in quality control or inspection, preferably within a manufacturing environment, is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and excellent observation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in reading and understanding quality control documentation.
Excellent communication skills.

Maintenance Technicians

Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hot melt edge banding machinery.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
Order and manage spare parts inventory.
Ensure the safety and efficiency of all machinery.
Assist in the installation of new machinery.
Work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications:
Technical diploma or equivalent in mechanical or electrical engineering is preferred.
Experience in maintaining industrial machinery, ideally in a manufacturing environment, is essential.
Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
Proficiency in using various hand and power tools.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
