We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Representative to expand our market reach and strengthen our relationships with existing clients.
Our factory, a leading manufacturer of high-quality furniture edge banding, is experiencing significant growth and expansion. We specialize in producing a wide range of edge banding materials, including PVC, ABS, melamine, and wood veneer, catering to diverse furniture styles and customer needs. We are committed to providing superior products and exceptional customer service, which has enabled us to build a strong reputation within the industry. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in continuing this success story.
Responsibilities:
This role will demand a highly proactive and organized individual who is capable of managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve ambitious sales targets within the assigned territory (primarily focusing on Guangxi province, with potential for expansion).
Identifying and cultivating new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events and trade shows.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including furniture manufacturers, wholesalers, and distributors.
Providing excellent customer service, including timely responses to inquiries, addressing concerns, and proactively anticipating client needs.
Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals that highlight the quality and value of our products.
Accurately forecasting sales and managing sales pipelines using CRM software (training will be provided).
Negotiating contracts and closing deals while ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Preparing sales reports and analyzing sales data to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborating effectively with internal teams, including production, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
Traveling within Guangxi and potentially other provinces to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in the furniture industry or a related field within the Guangxi market is essential. Experience selling edge banding or related materials is highly advantageous.
Strong understanding of the Chinese furniture market, including key players, trends, and customer preferences.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, in Mandarin Chinese and English.
Proven ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience using CRM software is a plus.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
