Available Positions:

We are currently recruiting for several key positions, including but not limited to:
Production Workers: We are seeking experienced production workers to operate machinery, perform quality control checks, and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Experience with edge banding machinery is highly desirable, but we are also willing to train motivated individuals with a strong work ethic. Responsibilities include operating various machinery such as edge banding machines, cutting machines, and sanding machines. Candidates should be able to work efficiently and accurately while maintaining a high level of safety consciousness. Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail are essential.
Quality Control Inspectors: We are looking for detail-oriented individuals to inspect finished products for defects, ensure adherence to quality standards, and maintain accurate records. Experience with quality control procedures in a manufacturing environment is preferred. Responsibilities include visually inspecting edge banding for imperfections, measuring dimensions to ensure accuracy, and documenting any discrepancies found. Candidates must possess excellent observation skills and be able to identify even minor defects. Proficiency in using measuring instruments is necessary.
Maintenance Technicians: Responsible for the maintenance and repair of all production machinery and equipment. Experience with mechanical and electrical systems is essential. Candidates should possess strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities include performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting malfunctions, repairing broken equipment, and ensuring the smooth operation of the production line. Knowledge of PLC programming and hydraulic systems is a plus. The candidate should be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Logistics Coordinators: We are seeking organized and efficient individuals to manage the logistics of our finished goods. Responsibilities include coordinating shipping and receiving, managing inventory, and maintaining accurate records. Experience with logistics software and procedures is preferred. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for this role. Responsibilities also include liaising with shipping companies, managing warehousing space, and ensuring timely delivery of products to clients. Strong problem-solving abilities are necessary to handle unexpected delays or issues.
Supervisors: Experienced supervisors are needed to oversee production teams, ensure efficient workflow, and maintain high quality standards. Leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and experience managing personnel are required. Responsibilities include assigning tasks, monitoring employee performance, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a safe work environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting production targets and maintaining the morale and productivity of the team.
