Currently, we have the following openings:

1. Production Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Production Manager to oversee all aspects of our production process. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing production teams in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the furniture or related industry. Responsibilities will include planning and scheduling production, optimizing efficiency, ensuring quality control, managing inventory, and meeting production targets. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. Experience with lean manufacturing principles and ERP systems is highly desirable.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a production management role in a manufacturing environment.
Proven ability to manage and motivate teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is preferred.

2. Quality Control Inspector

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of quality control principles, and experience inspecting finished goods. Requirements:

4. Maintenance Technician
