As a PVC edge banding printing master, you will be responsible for the entire printing process, from preparing the printing materials to ensuring the final product meets our stringent quality standards. This includes, but is not limited to, meticulous color matching, precise printing alignment, and consistent quality control throughout the production run. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining our reputation for superior craftsmanship and timely delivery to our international clients.

Responsibilities:
Operating and maintaining various printing machines, including but not limited to screen printing machines, digital printing machines, and other relevant equipment. Proficiency in troubleshooting common machine malfunctions is essential.
Preparing printing plates and ensuring accurate color matching according to provided samples and specifications. A keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of color theory are vital.
Setting up and adjusting printing parameters to ensure consistent and high-quality prints across large production runs. This involves precise control over ink viscosity, pressure, and speed.
Inspecting printed edge banding for defects such as smudging, misalignment, color inconsistencies, and other imperfections. A commitment to maintaining high quality control standards is non-negotiable.
Maintaining accurate records of production output, material usage, and any identified quality issues. Detailed record-keeping and data analysis skills are highly valued.
Collaborating with other team members, including production supervisors and quality control inspectors, to ensure seamless workflow and meet production deadlines.
Adhering to all safety regulations and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Safety consciousness is paramount.
Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities to stay abreast of the latest technologies and best practices in PVC edge banding printing.

Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in PVC edge banding printing, with a proven track record of producing high-quality results.

Proficiency in operating and maintaining a variety of printing machinery.
Strong color matching skills and a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
