5. Use a moisture-resistant edge banding material: Consider using edge banding materials that are less susceptible to moisture absorption, such as PVC or acrylic.
By implementing these measures, furniture manufacturers can mitigate the challenges associated with edge banding in winter and achieve a strong and durable bond. If the issue persists despite following these recommendations, it is advisable to consult with an experienced edge banding specialist for further advice and support.
