This Edge Banding Annual Supply Contract (hereinafter referred to as "the Contract") is entered into on [Date] between [Furniture Manufacturer's Name] (hereinafter referred to as "the Buyer") and [Edge Banding Factory's Name] (hereinafter referred to as "the Seller").

1. Supply Scope

The Seller shall supply the Buyer with edge banding products (hereinafter referred to as "Products") as per the specifications and quantities detailed in the attached Schedule A. The Products shall meet the following requirements:
