Job Description

Assistant Production Manager


Responsibilities:

Assist the Production Manager in planning and scheduling production activities
Supervise production staff and ensure efficient operations
Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement
Maintain production equipment and ensure its proper functioning
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production flow

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering or a related field
3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of plastic extrusion and injection molding processes
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team

Quality Control Inspector


Responsibilities:

Inspect raw materials, finished products, and in-process goods to ensure they meet quality standards
Identify and report any non-conformances to the Production Manager
Maintain inspection records and provide feedback on product quality
Perform laboratory tests to analyze product properties
Calibrate and maintain inspection equipment

Qualifications:

Associate's degree in Quality Control or a related field
2+ years of experience in a manufacturing inspection role
Thorough knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
Proficient in the use of inspection instruments and equipment

Sales Representative


Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers
Promote and sell our edge banding and moulding products
Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
negotiate contracts and close deals
Monitor market trends and provide feedback to product development

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
2+ years of experience in sales or business development
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of the furniture and construction industries
