Available Positions:

We are currently looking to fill the following positions within our production facility:
Extrusion Machine Operators: Experienced operators are highly desirable. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining extrusion machines, monitoring production quality, troubleshooting minor equipment issues, and adhering to strict safety regulations. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of extrusion processes, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Experience with specific extrusion machinery brands (e.g., KraussMaffei, Battenfeld-Cincinnati) is a significant advantage but not mandatory for highly motivated individuals willing to learn.
Quality Control Inspectors: Meticulous and detail-oriented individuals are needed to ensure the highest quality standards are met. Responsibilities include inspecting finished edge banding for defects, ensuring conformity to specifications, maintaining accurate records, and identifying areas for process improvement. Experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment is preferred, but a strong work ethic and commitment to quality are essential.
Maintenance Technicians: We need skilled technicians to maintain and repair our extrusion machines and related equipment. Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, performing repairs, and ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines. Experience with industrial machinery, electrical systems, and hydraulics is crucial. Knowledge of PLC programming is a plus.
Production Assistants: Entry-level positions are available for individuals eager to learn and contribute to our production process. Responsibilities may include assisting machine operators, handling materials, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and supporting the overall production team. While prior experience is not required, a willingness to learn, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively are essential.
