Available Positions:
We are currently looking for candidates to fill the following positions:
* Machine Operators: We require experienced machine operators proficient in operating various edge banding machines, including automatic edge banding machines, hot melt glue application machines, and trimming and sanding machines. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of machinery operation and maintenance, and be able to work efficiently and safely within a fast-paced production environment. Experience with specific brands of machinery (e.g., Homag, Biesse) is a plus. Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet production targets are essential.
* Quality Control Inspectors: Meticulous and detail-oriented individuals are needed to ensure the highest quality standards are met in our production process. Responsibilities include inspecting finished products for defects, maintaining accurate quality control records, and identifying areas for improvement in our production processes. Experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment is preferred, along with a strong understanding of quality control methodologies and a keen eye for detail.
* Maintenance Technicians: We are seeking highly skilled maintenance technicians to maintain and repair our extensive range of machinery. Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, and performing necessary repairs to ensure continuous and efficient production. A strong background in mechanical and electrical systems is essential, along with experience in maintaining industrial machinery. Experience working with PLC systems is highly desirable.
* Warehouse Personnel: Organized and efficient individuals are needed to manage our warehouse operations. Responsibilities include receiving and storing incoming materials, managing inventory levels, picking and packing finished goods, and ensuring a safe and organized warehouse environment. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus, and the ability to operate forklift trucks is highly desirable. Good communication and teamwork skills are essential.
* Management Personnel: We are also seeking experienced managers to oversee various aspects of our factory operations. These roles require strong leadership skills, experience in managing teams, and a proven track record of success in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities will vary depending on the specific position, but will generally include overseeing production schedules, managing personnel, ensuring quality control, and improving efficiency.
