We are currently hiring for the following positions:

1. Experienced Edge Banding Machine Operators (Multiple Positions):

As an Edge Banding Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various edge banding machines, ensuring the consistent and high-quality application of edge banding to a wide range of furniture components. This includes, but is not limited to:
Setting up and operating automatic edge banding machines, including adjustments for speed, pressure, and temperature.
Loading and unloading materials efficiently and safely.
Inspecting finished edges for quality, ensuring adherence to strict standards.
Identifying and reporting any machine malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly.
Maintaining a clean and organized workstation.
Working effectively within a team environment to meet daily production targets.
Adhering to all safety regulations and procedures.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience operating edge banding machines in a furniture manufacturing setting.
Proficient in using various types of edge banding materials (PVC, ABS, Melamine, etc.).
Strong understanding of edge banding techniques, including pre-processing, application, and finishing.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to lift and carry moderately heavy objects.
Good communication skills (Mandarin Chinese essential; English proficiency a plus).

2. Skilled Edge Banding Technicians (2 Positions):

As a skilled Edge Banding Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of our edge banding machinery. You will be a key player in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production line. Responsibilities include:
Performing preventative maintenance on edge banding machines according to a scheduled program.
Troubleshooting and repairing machine malfunctions, including diagnosing problems and implementing solutions.
Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and parts inventory.
Ordering and managing spare parts.
Assisting machine operators with technical issues.
Staying current with advancements in edge banding technology.
Collaborating with other maintenance personnel to ensure overall factory efficiency.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintaining and repairing woodworking machinery, with a specific focus on edge banding equipment.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with various types of edge banding machines and their components.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
