About the Role:

As an Ink Printing Technician at our factory, you will play a critical role in the production process, ensuring the consistent and high-quality printing of designs onto our edge banding materials. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Operating and maintaining sophisticated ink printing machinery, including both screen printing and digital printing equipment.
Preparing ink and other printing materials according to specified formulas and ensuring consistent color matching.
Setting up and adjusting printing machines to achieve optimal print quality and efficiency.
Performing regular machine maintenance and troubleshooting minor mechanical issues.
Monitoring the printing process to identify and rectify any defects or inconsistencies.
Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet our stringent quality control standards.
Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety regulations.
Collaborating effectively with other team members to achieve production targets.
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality.
Keeping accurate records of production output and materials usage.

Qualifications and Skills:

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
Proven experience in ink printing, preferably in the furniture or related industry. Experience with both screen printing and digital printing techniques is highly advantageous.
A strong understanding of color theory and the ability to accurately match colors.
Proficiency in operating and maintaining various types of printing machinery.
