Responsibilities:
Operating various edge banding machines, including but not limited to automatic and manual edge banders.
Setting up and adjusting machines according to specifications, ensuring consistent and high-quality edge banding.
Maintaining accurate records of production output and material usage.
Inspecting finished products for quality and accuracy, ensuring they meet our high standards.
Performing routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
Identifying and troubleshooting machine malfunctions promptly and efficiently.
Adhering to all safety regulations and procedures.
Working effectively as part of a team to meet production deadlines.
Assisting with other tasks as required.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience operating edge banding machines in a furniture manufacturing environment.
Proven ability to produce high-quality work with accuracy and precision.
Proficiency in using various edge banding materials, including PVC, melamine, and veneer.
Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Good communication skills (Mandarin Chinese is preferred but not required).
