We specialize in the production of high-pressure laminates (HPL), melamine, PVC, ABS, and other materials, catering to diverse applications in the furniture manufacturing industry. We are currently looking to fill the following positions:

1. Production Manager

Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire production process, from raw material procurement to finished product delivery.
Manage and motivate a team of production workers to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure products meet the highest standards.
Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products.
Manage inventory levels and ensure adequate supply of raw materials.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to meet customer demands.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in a production management role, preferably in the furniture or woodworking industry.
Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and inventory management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluency in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is a plus.

2. Quality Control Inspector

Responsibilities:
Inspect incoming raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
Identify and report any defects or inconsistencies in the production process.
Implement corrective actions to address quality issues.
Maintain accurate records of inspections and quality control data.
Collaborate with production personnel to improve quality control procedures.
Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; experience in quality control is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills.
Fluency in Cantonese; English is a plus.

3. Machine Operators

Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain edge banding machines and other related equipment.
Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of machinery.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
Meet production targets and maintain high quality standards.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience operating woodworking machinery is preferred.
Ability to follow instructions and work safely.
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in Cantonese; English is a plus.
