Responsibilities:
Operating and maintaining various printing machines, including but not limited to screen printing machines, rotary printing machines, and digital printing machines.

Ensuring the accuracy of print designs and color consistency, adhering strictly to provided specifications.
Monitoring the printing process for defects and promptly addressing any issues.
Performing routine maintenance and cleaning of printing equipment.
Maintaining accurate records of production output and materials used.
Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely production.
Adhering to all safety regulations and procedures.
Participating in quality control checks to ensure the highest standards are maintained.
Contributing to process improvements and problem-solving initiatives.

Qualifications:
Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in operating printing machinery, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Experience with edge banding or similar materials is a significant advantage.
Strong understanding of printing techniques, including color matching, ink mixing, and troubleshooting.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Proficiency in quality control procedures and defect identification.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures in a manufacturing setting.
