Responsibilities of the Master Craftsman:

As a Master Craftsman in our edge banding department, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the consistent high quality of our finished products. This includes, but is not limited to:
Operating and maintaining advanced edge banding machinery, including automatic and semi-automatic machines.
Precisely applying edge banding to various furniture components, guaranteeing a flawless finish.
Inspecting finished products for defects and ensuring they meet stringent quality control standards.
Troubleshooting and resolving any operational issues that arise during the production process.
Maintaining a clean and organized workstation, adhering to all safety regulations and protocols.
Mentoring and training junior team members on proper techniques and best practices.
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the department.

Qualifications and Skills Required:
