Current Open Positions:

1. Production Line Operators:

We are seeking multiple experienced production line operators to join our team. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining various machinery involved in the edge banding manufacturing process, including extrusion, printing, and cutting equipment. Ideal candidates will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in plastics manufacturing is preferred but not mandatory; comprehensive training will be provided. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is essential. Candidates should be comfortable with working in a potentially noisy and physically demanding environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in manufacturing (preferred)
Ability to follow instructions meticulously
Strong work ethic and commitment to quality

Good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods
Basic understanding of machinery operation and maintenance (preferred)

2. Quality Control Inspectors:

We are seeking detail-oriented individuals to fill our quality control inspector positions. Responsibilities include inspecting finished edge banding for defects, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and maintaining accurate records. Candidates should possess excellent visual acuity, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to identify inconsistencies in color, texture, and dimensions. Experience with quality control procedures in a manufacturing setting is highly advantageous. The ability to use measuring instruments and follow standardized quality control protocols is essential.
